“In my role as an Internal Account Manager at Greenham, I spend my days helping customers find the right solutions and making sure they have the PPE they need to do their jobs safely and confidently. Over the past five months, I’ve really seen just how much confidence and clear communication can make a difference—and that’s something the Spear Programme helped me discover in myself. Spear isn’t just about helping people find work; it’s about building self-belief and learning skills that stick with you for life. I’ve been able to use what I learnt there every day, both at work and in my personal life. Being part of the National Sales team has also taught me what it means to take responsibility for my own work while still being part of a supportive team.
